We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of material handling equipment. This role offers excellent benefits, including door-to-door paid travel, a company van for both professional and personal use, and the flexibility to manage your own schedule within your service patch.
Key Responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of material handling equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Respond promptly to service callouts, delivering effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and support.

Accurately complete service reports and maintain records for each job.

Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.

Exercise autonomy in scheduling and prioritizing daily tasks to meet customer needs efficiently.

Previous experience working on vehicles, plant equipment, motorcycles, agricultural machinery or something similar.
