I’m currently recruiting for multiple Site Manager positions on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering district heating and utility network projects across school sites in London. These are short-term contract opportunities ideal for experienced Civils Site Managers with a background in utilities, energy networks, district heating, or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery
- Maintaining high health & safety standards on live school environments
- Coordinating civils and utility installation works
- Liaising with clients, engineers, and project teams
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on civils or utility projects
- District heating or buried utility network experience highly desirable
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid required
- Strong H&S and stakeholder management experience
- Experience working in live environments/schools advantageous
