I’m currently recruiting for multiple Site Manager positions on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering district heating and utility network projects across school sites in London. These are short-term contract opportunities ideal for experienced Civils Site Managers with a background in utilities, energy networks, district heating, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery
  • Maintaining high health & safety standards on live school environments
  • Coordinating civils and utility installation works
  • Liaising with clients, engineers, and project teams
  • Ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on civils or utility projects
  • District heating or buried utility network experience highly desirable
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid required
  • Strong H&S and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working in live environments/schools advantageous
