We\’re hiring an RFIC Engineer – Cambridge – Telecommunications This is a great opportunity for an RFIC Engineer to join a fast-moving fabless semiconductor company developing tunable RF front-ends for next-gen wireless devices. You\’ll have a great opportunity to work alongside Senior RFIC Engineers to gain hands-on experience in RF IC design, simulation, and lab testing. What you\’ll do as an RFIC Engineer: Assist in the design and layout of RF IC blocks (LNAs, RF switches, DTCs) Run transistor-, block-, and system-level simulations Support verification flows and co-simulations Collaborate on lab measurements and post-silicon evaluation Learn from experienced IC engineers in a collaborative environment What we\’re looking for in an RFIC Engineer: Experience with RFIC or analog IC design Familiarity with IC design tools An understanding of RF and analog circuit concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong communicator If you would like further information about the RFIC Engineer opportunity or have an interest in making an application, please get in touch with Luke Ord
