RF Engineer – Pilton – Excellent Salary and Benefits

I am currently hiring for an RF Engineer for a key client of mine based in Pilton.

My client is a leading UK-based semiconductor company specializing in low-power analogue, digital, and mixed-signal semiconductors for global communications systems.

To support the growth of the business and the major upcoming projects they now have the need to appoint an RF Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll report to the Applications Engineering Manager, working closely with customers and internal teams from Engineering, Sales, and Product Management. Your primary focus will be on providing technical support for RF, Microwave, and mmWave devices up to 50GHz.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product information and design assistance for customers globally.
• Using RF Test equipment for devices of up to 50GHz (VSG, VNA, SA, Power Meter)
• Familiarise with wireless communication standards.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and packaging.

Essential Skills:

• Past experience with RF and Design in communications or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience working as an RF Engineer or similar.
