As an RF Engineer, you will join a design team focused on delivering state-of-the-art RF compound semiconductor technologies. You will have responsibilities across design, development, testing, and working with internal and external clients.

Essential experience:
  • RF and mmWave design
  • MMIC design
  • RF Testing
  • EM simulation
Desirable experience:
  • Prior experience with GaN and GaAs
  • ADS or Microwave office
  • Tape-out experience
