A growing climate-tech and SaaS business is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead strategic client relationships across enterprise and public-sector accounts. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders while acting as the voice of the customer internally across product, operations, and commercial teams.
- Identifying and delivering upsell opportunities across software and services
- Supporting onboarding, contractual compliance, and SaaS billing processes
- Maintaining accurate CRM pipelines, forecasting, and quotations
- Leading and mentoring a junior Client Relationship Manager
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SaaS account management, customer success, or client relationship management
- Commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities
