A growing climate-tech and SaaS business is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead strategic client relationships across enterprise and public-sector accounts. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders while acting as the voice of the customer internally across product, operations, and commercial teams.

  • Identifying and delivering upsell opportunities across software and services
  • Supporting onboarding, contractual compliance, and SaaS billing processes
  • Maintaining accurate CRM pipelines, forecasting, and quotations
  • Leading and mentoring a junior Client Relationship Manager

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SaaS account management, customer success, or client relationship management
  • Commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong spreadsheet and data-handling capability
  • Experience in utilities, energy, proptech, housing, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable
  • Experience working with local authorities, housing associations, or energy services organisations
  • Contract management experience
