A growing climate-tech and SaaS business is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead strategic client relationships across enterprise and public-sector accounts. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders while acting as the voice of the customer internally across product, operations, and commercial teams.

  • Identifying and delivering upsell opportunities across software and services
  • Supporting onboarding, contractual compliance, and SaaS billing processes
  • Maintaining accurate CRM pipelines, forecasting, and quotations
  • Leading and mentoring a junior Client Relationship Manager

Strong experience in SaaS account management, customer success, or client relationship management is required, along with a commercial mindset and experience identifying growth opportunities. Strong spreadsheet and data-handling capability is essential. Experience in utilities, energy, proptech, housing, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable, as well as experience working with local authorities, housing associations, or energy services organisations. Contract management experience is also necessary.
