An innovative and fast-growing fabless semiconductor company is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering team that spans IC Design, RF Design, Embedded Software and Systems.
This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering organisation developing cutting-edge RF technology for the mobile and wearables industry, with a mission to redefine how RF front-ends are designed.
The Director of Engineering role is ideal for an experienced and driven engineering leader who thrives in a high-growth, collaborative environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape engineering processes, culture, and technical excellence from the ground up.
- Provide line management to a diverse team across RFIC, system integration, module design, and embedded software.
- Set clear performance expectations and support professional development across the team.
- Define and implement engineering best practices, including design reviews, version control, and documentation standards.
- Promote scalable methodologies for ICs, RF modules, and embedded software.
- Drive effective day-to-day engineering execution and resource planning.

Proven track record in engineering leadership, ideally within a fabless semiconductor. Hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary teams across IC design, software, and validation functions.
