An innovative and fast-growing fabless semiconductor company is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering team that spans IC Design, RF Design, Embedded Software and Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide line management to a diverse team across RFIC, system integration, module design, and embedded software.
  • Set clear performance expectations and support professional development across the team.
  • Define and implement engineering best practices, including design reviews, version control, and documentation standards.
  • Promote scalable methodologies for ICs, RF modules, and embedded software.
  • Establish robust processes for simulation, measurement, validation, and compliance.
  • Drive effective day-to-day engineering execution and resource planning.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and roadmap development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in engineering leadership, ideally within a fabless semiconductor.
  • Hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary teams across IC design, software, and validation functions.
  • Strong background in engineering lifecycle management.
  • Technical expertise in RFIC, analog/mixed-signal design, or RF module development.
  • Passionate about team development and building scalable engineering cultures.
