Salary up to £45,000 + Performance-Related Bonus
I'm working with a specialist energy infrastructure consultancy that is looking to appoint a Development & Asset Analyst to support the development, delivery and ongoing management of decentralised energy projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business involved in over £1bn of energy infrastructure assets, working across a diverse portfolio of heating, cooling, power generation, renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will gain exposure to multiple stages of the energy infrastructure lifecycle, from initial project development and commercial structuring through to operational asset management.
- Supporting the development and delivery of energy infrastructure projects, ensuring key milestones, budgets and client requirements are met.
- Assisting with the management and performance monitoring of operational energy assets.
- Working with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical, commercial and operational challenges.
- Supporting contract management, regulatory compliance and performance reporting.
- Contributing to financial analysis, commercial assessments and project development activities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, operational efficiency and project outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Energy infrastructure or renewable energy project development
- Energy asset management or operational performance
- Commercial or financial analysis within the energy sector
- Energy consultancy, utilities or infrastructure advisory
- District heating, decentralised energy or energy efficiency
You do not need experience across all these areas.
The client is genuinely flexible regarding professional backgrounds and is open to candidates who can demonstrate relevant transferable experience, strong analytical skills and an interest in developing their career within energy infrastructure.
A relevant degree, strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be important.
What's on Offer?
- Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience.
- Performance-related annual bonus.
- Exposure to a diverse portfolio of major energy infrastructure projects.
- Opportunity to develop experience across both project development and asset management.
- Work alongside experienced professionals across energy, investment and real estate.
- 25 days' annual leave, plus an office closure over Christmas.
- Long-term career development within a growing specialist business.
If you're currently working within energy, renewables, infrastructure or a related discipline and would be interested in exploring a varied opportunity with excellent exposure across the project lifecycle, I'd be keen to speak.
