A growing climate-tech and SaaS business is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead strategic client relationships across enterprise and public-sector accounts. This is a high-impact role focused on client success, retention, SaaS growth, operational excellence, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders while acting as the voice of the customer internally across product, operations, and commercial teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and growing relationships with strategic SaaS clients
  • Driving platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Acting as the senior escalation point for client issues
  • Identifying and delivering upsell opportunities across software and services
  • Supporting onboarding, contractual compliance, and SaaS billing processes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product and technical teams
  • Maintaining accurate CRM pipelines, forecasting, and quotations
  • Leading and mentoring a junior Client Relationship Manager
