A growing technology company working on advanced wireless systems is looking for an experienced RF Lead Engineer to join its engineering team.

This role combines hands-on RF design with technical leadership. You’ll take ownership of RF subsystems, guiding them from concept through validation while supporting a small team and collaborating across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead RF design and delivery for subsystem development
  • Design and simulate RF circuits (e.g. amplifiers, filters, duplexers)
  • Translate high-level requirements into practical implementations
  • Plan and carry out RF testing and performance analysis
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Support and mentor engineers within the team
  • Work closely with system, hardware, and production teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronics, RF Engineering, Physics, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with a range of relevant RF design areas, i.e. PAs, LNA, Filters, etc.
  • Background in delivering RF solutions within complex projects
  • Familiarity with RF tools (e.g. ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST)
  • Experience with RF measurement equipment
