A growing technology company working on advanced wireless systems is looking for an experienced RF Lead Engineer to join its engineering team.
This role combines hands-on RF design with technical leadership. You’ll take ownership of RF subsystems, guiding them from concept through validation while supporting a small team and collaborating across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RF design and delivery for subsystem development
- Design and simulate RF circuits (e.g. amplifiers, filters, duplexers)
- Translate high-level requirements into practical implementations
- Plan and carry out RF testing and performance analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Support and mentor engineers within the team
- Work closely with system, hardware, and production teams
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, RF Engineering, Physics, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with a range of relevant RF design areas, i.e. PAs, LNA, Filters, etc.
- Background in delivering RF solutions within complex projects
- Familiarity with RF tools (e.g. ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST)
- Experience with RF measurement equipment
