Elanic Hospital is a growing private surgical centre delivering high-quality elective care across orthopaedics, general surgery, plastics, ENT, and day-case procedures. We are committed to consultant-led care, efficient theatre utilisation, and a supportive clinical culture focused on quality, safety, and work-life balance. To support service growth and reduce reliance on locum cover, we are recruiting two full-time employed Consultant Anaesthetists to join our permanent medical workforce.
You will work as part of a stable, consultant-led anaesthetic team supporting elective operating lists and limited on-call cover.
Job Plan (40 hours/week):
- 9 clinical sessions (4 hours each) - Elective theatre lists and day-case activity
- 1 on-call / availability session - Low-intensity, rota-based cover
- Predictable weekly schedule with minimal disruption
This is a non-resident on-call model, designed to support patient safety while maintaining work-life balance.
Remuneration Package
- Base salary: £140,000 per annum
- On-call availability supplement: £15,000 per annum
- Performance / contribution bonus: up to £15,000 per annum
