Elandr is a fast-growing protective sportswear brand, known for its innovative netball footwear featuring patent‑pending Anklefort technology. We are looking for a commercially driven Field Sales Executive to grow brand presence and revenue across the Home Counties and South East. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role suited to a confident sales professional who enjoys relationship‑building, autonomy, and representing a mission‑led sports brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined regional sales territory, including diary planning, outreach, and pipeline management
- Drive revenue through netball clubs, schools, retail partners, and health professionals
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
- Secure and manage partnerships with schools, independent retailers, and clinics
- Represent Elandr at netball events, tournaments, and community activations
- Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, and sample management
- Produce quarterly activity and performance reports against targets
Commission & Incentives
Uncapped commission earned across club sales, school and drop‑ship partnerships, retail and health partnerships, plus a quarterly execution bonus for strong operational discipline.
Essential Requirements (Must‑Have)
- Proven sales experience in a commercial, retail, sports, or field‑based role
- Strong passion for sport, ideally netball, with understanding of athlete needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated and confident working independently in the field
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and training sessions
- Experience in sports industry sales or performance footwear
- Background in business, marketing, or sports management
- Experience presenting, running workshops, or speaking to groups
