As a Product Manager at Elanco, you will play a pivotal role in discovering and delivering digital solutions within a complex product area, ensuring they are valuable and viable, delivering meaningful outcomes that are aligned with corporate strategy and goals.
We are seeking a technically fluent product leader with software engineering experience and a recent track record as a product manager or Scrum product owner. In this keystone role within the engineering organisation, you will be accountable for championing industry-leading developer experience across Elanco. You will drive the creation and continuous improvement of our self-service digital developer platform, to help empower diverse engineering teams to deliver compliant, secure, and high-quality applications at pace. You will set and own clear performance metrics—such as cycle time reduction, platform adoption, and developer satisfaction (eNPSse impact.)
As the face of engineering experience for our internal customers, you will proactively partner with teams across the enterprise, advocating for the needs of all developers, fostering psychological safety, and promoting practices that make our platform and culture truly inclusive. You will encourage new opportunities to leverage AI and automation, enabling our developers to work more efficiently and creatively, while ensuring best-in-class control and compliance in a regulated (pharmaceutical) environment.
