We are looking for a Poultry Strategic Services Technician to join our UK team, supporting customers within the Layer sector.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career (2-5 years' experience) to develop technical expertise in poultry health. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues to provide on-farm support, particularly in vaccine administration and flock health, while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on-farm vaccine administration and deliver practical training to customers
- Assist with flock health monitoring, including necropsy and data collection
- Work with commercial teams to support customer needs
- Communicate technical information in a clear, practical way
- Build relationships with farmers, veterinarians, and industry partners
About You
- Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or similar - or equivalent practical experience
- 2-5 years' experience in agriculture or animal production
- Practical knowledge of agricultural systems and animal husbandry
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel extensively: 60-80% (field-based role)
- Poultry experience is not essential - training will be provided.
