Your role: To provide support for the running of the Denagard production facility. A member of the team responsible for the manufacture of products in a manner that allows business objectives to be met. This involves working without supervision and being responsible for plant operation, process automation and all associated documentation. Be responsible for the operation, sharing knowledge, coaching other team members.

Your responsibilities:

  • Safe operation of process and utilities.
  • Ensure that SOPs and risk assessments are adhered to.
  • Ensure that critical operations are manned throughout the shift.
  • Complete routine sampling (e.g. water), monitoring, daily equipment checks and calibrations (e.g. balances).
  • Support first line response to GMP, EHS or production issues and escalation to supervision.
  • Undertake simple problem solving and input into RCPS.
  • Be knowledgeable in aspects of PFD commitments for the operation of the coating facilities and CNC rooms.
  • Ensure good CNC room practices are sustained during operations.
  • Monitor and maintain the ancillary areas for the storage of manufactured materials and raw materials.
  • Handling of API against standards and GMP adherence with security standards.
  • Collection, dispensing, storage and use of raw materials and intermediates.
  • Sustain housekeeping and cleaning standards, within B112D Coating Facility, through completion of cGMP housekeeping tasks and completion of relevant documentation.
  • Maintain lineside inventories and consumables.
  • Complete of BPRs and Logbooks as part of operational tasks.
  • Update relevant BPRs and SOPs.
  • Complete process orders against finish dates within the dispatch lists.
  • Timely completion of material management system transactions to record times & material usages.
  • Handover of relevant operational activity (process, facility, documentation, EHS and housekeeping) to oncoming operator.
  • Communication with Shift Leader for current operational status.
  • Sustain own learning plan at 100% Current and comply with training requirements of BPRs.
  • Work flexibly with support team personnel (e.g. TS/MS, Engineering, QA) to support improvements within manufacturing (e.g. training, documentation, process).
  • Consistently participate in performance management processes about settings of objectives and the development and implementation of a personal development plan.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 5 GCSE grades of an operator role or equivalent.
