Your role: We are looking for a senior procurement leader to drive site-level procurement strategy across our EMEA manufacturing network. This role owns the regional execution of direct and indirect procurement at site level, leading teams across multiple locations and ensuring alignment with global category strategies while delivering local impact. You will play a critical role in ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and strong supplier partnerships across complex manufacturing operations. You will lead and develop a regional team, partner closely with plant leadership and global procurement, and drive transformation of site procurement capabilities across EMEA. This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder influence, manufacturing procurement expertise, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Significant procurement leadership experience in manufacturing / industrial environment
  • Experience managing teams across multiple sites or countries
  • Strong background in direct materials and site procurement
  • Proven ability to influence senior plant and operations stakeholders
  • Experience delivering cost, supply and performance improvements
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma, chemical, food, life sciences)
  • Experience working in a global matrix organisation
  • Experience leading procurement transformation or change programmes
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or similar
