Product Team

Work on platform development that enhances developer experience, involving both front-end and back-end technologies and SaaS integrations.

Support capabilities that streamline development processes, including SaaS configuration and custom solutions.

Shape our Horizon software developer patterns, leveraging infrastructure as code to accelerate onboarding.

Ensure engineering standards are met by collaborating with tech leads and Principal Engineers.

Upskill and mentor engineers to build a highly competent team.

Engage in internal and external partnerships through hackathons and other initiatives to foster innovation.

Utilize modern product methodologies like rapid prototyping to influence business strategies and embed a culture of practical demonstration.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.

Experience in:

  • 5+ years with modern application architecture methodologies
  • 5+ years with Cloud Native design patterns, preferably Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
  • 5+ years delivering digital solutions with a product mindset using Agile, CCPM, etc.
  • 5+ years in a DevSecOps environment, practicing CI/CD, TDD, etc.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Experience with Kubernetes and deployment capabilities
  • Operational experience with custom applications
  • Designing scalable API ecosystems and supporting digital platforms

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Additional Information: Occasional travel may be required.
