Responsibilities:
- Represent all aspects of IT to local employees, building a strong brand for IT.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in both IT and the commercial business, effectively communicating updates, challenges, and opportunities.
- Oversee local IT vendors ensuring service level agreements are met and value is maximized.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize local IT needs, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy.
- Maintain a strong understanding of global commercial capabilities and promote their adoption within the Western European affiliates, driving standardization.
- Lead and manage small to medium-sized IT projects related to local systems and processes.
- Participate actively in the country’s operational agendas to enable site “essential wins”.
- Own the technology and business use of local IT applications and related hardware, ensuring continuous operation, systems remain in a validated state, and manage lifecycle through releases and retirement.
- Ensure local adoption of global IT policies and processes.
- Oversee local IT service provider resources to ensure reliable, quality IT services.
- Understand and represent local compliance requirements for IT solutions/services, including data privacy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related scientific area.
- Minimum three years’ experience in the implementation and support of IT systems and/or infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar IT analyst role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of commercial processes and technologies, such as CRM, marketing automation, sales analytics, and sales data.
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL processes.
- Ability to influence peers and business partners.
- Proactive issue identification and resolution or escalation skills.
- Strong relationships with other IT functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
- Experience in the Animal Health industry or a commercial environment, with a solid understanding of relevant processes and trends.

- Travel: 0-10% travel.
