We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Associate Technical Solution Owner to join our dynamic TechOps team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and accelerating our automation strategy, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency across Elanco. Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation across diverse business processes.
- Develop and implement innovative automation solutions using appropriate technologies (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, scripting, workflow automation tools, AI tools).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across TechOps service lines to gather requirements, ensure alignment with business needs, and drive the automation agenda.
- Ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated systems and processes.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and resource allocation cycles to integrate automation features effectively.
- Design, document, and maintain automation workflows and associated documentation.
- Manage and monitor automation systems to guarantee optimal performance and stability.
- Stay at the forefront of industry best practices and emerging automation technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to team members.
- Champion automation initiatives across TechOps and evangelize its benefits to foster a culture of automation.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation tools & technologies (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, Azure DevOps, scripting, workflow automation tools and AI Capabilities).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience with cloud platforms.
