Your Role: As HR Leader, you will be part of a complex global matrix structure to deliver Elanco’s people strategy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for stabilizing the workforce, fostering engagement, and navigating the complexities of a unionized, blue-collar, shift-pattern environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the reintegration of the site into Elanco’s global HR framework, ensuring alignment of policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience while leveraging wider Elanco resources for talent development.
- Build meaningful relationships with union stakeholders (Unite and Usdaw) and manage negotiations effectively.
- Transition HR services to global service centers and support the integration of Workday from legacy systems.
- Drive efficiencies through multiskilling programs and optimize workforce costs while maintaining high engagement and productivity.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
- Experience: Proven track record of HR leadership in unionized manufacturing environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills and analytical data insight capabilities
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Experience navigating complex global matrix structures
