Your Role: You will be the strategic architect of Elanco’s marketing technology ecosystem, owning the connective tissue of SaaS-based platforms that drive customer engagement, education, and conversion. You will manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise tools, including Docebo, On24, Wistia, Pear Commerce, Ahrefs, and other key engagement platforms, ensuring a seamless, high-performing set of capabilities for global marketing teams worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:
- SaaS Portfolio Management – Lead the lifecycle, integration, and optimization of the marketing SaaS stack.
- Engagement Roadmap – Define strategy for how bolt‑on technologies enhance the customer journey, ensuring they are globally scalable yet locally relevant.
- Usage and Analysis – Analyze traffic, usage and engagement data across communication channels and provide actionable readouts.
- Vendor Excellence – Manage relationships with key technology partners, ensuring SLAs are met and the latest platform innovations are leveraged.
- Data‑Driven Growth – Use tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and ObservePoint to monitor platform health and user engagement, translating data into product improvements.
- Privacy & Security First – Liaise with Legal and Privacy stakeholders to ensure all engagement platforms meet GDPR, CCPA and other regulatory standards.

What You Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management or marketing operations, with a focus on B2B or B2C SaaS ecosystems.
- Proven track record managing complex marketing stacks in a global, matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS integration, including APIs, scripts and data layers.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs) and user behavior tracking (Clarity, Hotjar).
- Familiarity with global data privacy laws and their impact on marketing technology.
