The Business Development Representative – Leadership Learning (Remote) will focus on identifying and engaging prospective clients for Elan Solution's leadership and personal development offerings. In this remote role, responsibilities include:

  • Researching target markets, qualifying leads, and conducting inside sales outreach via email, phone, and digital channels.
  • Presenting learning solutions, scheduling and conducting discovery calls, and collaborating with senior consultants to tailor proposals that align with client needs.
