Da unsere UK-Gesellschaft weiter wächst, suchen wir einen praxisorientierten Site Manager, der die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer modularen Bauprojekte unterstützt. In dieser Rolle besichtigst du Kundenstandorte, prüfst, ob Projekte sicher und praktisch realisierbar sind, planst Zufahrts- und Montageanforderungen und koordinierst dich mit Kunden, Vertrieb, Logistik, Fahrern, Montageteams und externen Partnern – von der Baustellenbesichtigung bis zur finalen Freigabe.
Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Baustellenbesichtigungen zur Prüfung der technischen Machbarkeit, Zufahrtswege, Montageflächen und Entladeanforderungen für modulare Bauprojekte.
- Hauptansprechpartner zwischen Vertrieb, Kunden, Logistik, Fahrern, Montageteams und externen Partnern während der Baustellenvorbereitung und Montage.
- Erstellung und Dokumentation von Zufahrtsplänen, Lageplänen, Fotos und montagebezogenen Informationen zur Unterstützung einer reibungslosen Projektabwicklung.
- Festlegung der Montagereihenfolge und Koordination der benötigten Ressourcen, einschließlich Hebe- und Arbeitsmitteln, Mobilkranen, Gabelstaplern oder Arbeitsbühnen.
- Identifikation möglicher baustellenspezifischer Einschränkungen sowie Erarbeitung praxisnaher Empfehlungen für Vertrieb und Kunden zur sicheren und effizienten Umsetzung des geplanten Projekts.
- Koordination von Vor-Ort-Terminen mit Kranunternehmen und Unterstützung der finalen Baustellenfreigabe durch den Kunden.
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Bereich modulare Gebäude, Containerlösungen oder Offsite Construction.
- Praktisches Verständnis von Baustellen, Zufahrtswegen, Hebevorgängen und Montageanforderungen.
- Erfahrung in der projektbezogenen Arbeit sowie in der Koordination interner und externer Ansprechpartner.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hands-on und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Gutes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit auf Baustellen.
- Fähigkeit, Lagepläne und technische Dokumentationen zu lesen.
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen zu Kunden- und Baustellenstandorten.
