Our UK market is new and growing, and we are seeking dedicated team players to join us locally and internationally.

Role Overview:

As an Area Sales Manager for Greater London and the South East, you will develop your own sales strategy, manage daily operations, and report to the Country Manager UK & Ireland. You will create market opportunities and contribute to our growth in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and rental of modular solutions
  2. Acquisition of new clients
  3. Managing customer relationships from inquiry to project completion
  4. Providing technical support to existing customers in Greater London
  5. Conducting price negotiations
  6. Participating in procurement processes
  7. Market research and competitor analysis
  8. Supporting sales strategy development for the UK

Qualifications:

  • Degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar; construction technician training is a plus
  • Experience in industrial or modular sales, B2B sales, or business development
  • Experience in rental modular solutions is desirable
  • Knowledge of public procurement is a plus
  • Customer-oriented, independent, solution-focused
  • Technical interest and negotiation skills
