Your role
- Review and estimate complex project inquiries and client requests.
- Responsible for internal and external planning, estimating, and execution of large-scale international projects, with a focus on the United Kingdom.
- Regular coordination and negotiations with clients, construction team, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Develop and present customized proposals for complex large-scale projects (e.g., data centers).
- Ensure a smooth invoicing process.
Required qualifications
- Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in civil engineering, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, construction engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in managing independent projects, ideally in modular construction or the construction industry.
- Strong customer focus and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Experience with systems such as NAV, Salesforce, or SAP is desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 60% of the year).
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
