As our UK company continues to grow, we are looking for a practical Site Manager to support the successful implementation of our modular construction projects. In this role, you will visit customer sites, check whether projects are safe and practically feasible, plan access and assembly requirements, and coordinate with customers, sales, logistics, drivers, assembly teams, and external partners – from site visits to final approval.

Your future role:

  • Conduct site visits to assess technical feasibility, access routes, assembly areas, and unloading requirements for modular construction projects.
  • Main point of contact between sales, customers, logistics, drivers, assembly teams, and external partners during site preparation and assembly.
  • Create and document access plans, site plans, photos, and assembly-related information to support smooth project execution.
  • Determine the assembly sequence and coordinate the necessary resources, including lifting and working equipment, mobile cranes, forklifts, or work platforms.
  • Identify potential site-specific constraints and develop practical recommendations for sales and customers for the safe and efficient implementation of the planned project.
  • Coordinate on-site appointments with crane companies and support the final site approval by the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction, ideally in the field of modular buildings, container solutions, or offsite construction.
  • Practical understanding of construction sites, access routes, lifting operations, and assembly requirements.
  • Experience in project-related work and in coordinating internal and external contacts.
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Good awareness of safety at construction sites.
  • Ability to read site plans and technical documentation.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer and construction sites.
