As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for a hands‑on Site Manager to support the successful delivery of our modular building projects. In this role, you will visit customer sites, check whether projects can be delivered safely and practically, plan access and installation requirements, and coordinate with customers, sales, logistics, drivers, installers and external partners to ensure a smooth project delivery from site survey through to final approval.

Your future role

  • Conduct site inspections to assess technical feasibility, access routes, installation areas and unloading requirements for modular building projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Sales, customers, logistics, drivers, installation teams and external partners during site preparation and installation.
  • Prepare and document access plans, site layouts, photographs and installation-related information to support smooth project delivery.
  • Define the installation sequence and coordinate the required resources, including lifting equipment, mobile cranes, forklifts or access platforms.
  • Identify potential site constraints and provide practical recommendations to Sales and customers on how the planned project can be delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate on‑site appointments with crane companies and support the final site approval process with the customer.

What you bring to the team

  • Experience in the construction industry, ideally in modular buildings, container solutions or off‑site construction.
  • Practical knowledge of construction sites, access routes, lifting operations and installation requirements.
  • Experience in project-based work and coordinating different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach.
  • Good awareness of health & safety requirements on construction sites.
  • Ability to read site plans and technical documentation.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer and construction sites.
