Working across our busy and vibrant sports centres, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe daily operation of our facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of centre operations.
- Oversee poolside supervision and lifeguard teams, maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support front-line staff.
- Open and close the centre, acting as a keyholder and point of contact.
- Support group bookings, events, and community activities.
- Assist with training new team members and maintain a positive team environment.
- Be prepared to step into Duty Manager responsibilities when required.
Essential requirements:
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to undertake further training, including:
- First Aid at Work
- Pool Plant Operator certification
