Role description β depending on experience:
- Plan and arrange Import Full Load Deliveries.
- Co-ordinate with Customs Teams.
- Customer services/admin.
- Take import bookings and create in our internal software.
- Liaising with customers.
- Assist team with administrative functions.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) hours β overtime as and when required.
Person specification:
- Previous logistics and transport operations experience.
- A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service.
- Good decision-making skills, able to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads.
- A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team.
- IT literate.
