Misión del Cargo: Dar soporte al proceso de Servicios dentro de SAP para Liverpool y Suburbia.
Funciones del Cargo:
- Soporte de segundo nivel, implementar soluciones de raíz, configuración en el sistema.
- Ponte entre áreas funcionales y de sistemas.
- Identificar necesidades o mejoras en proceso de negocio e implementar soluciones.
- Propuesta de mejoras: Cuando identificamos funcionalidad o vemos que un proceso es largo, se hace un ajuste y habilitamos herramientas nuevas.
- Metodología de trabajo para configuración: si la Configuración Estándar no es suficiente se realizan Especificaciones Funcionales y MPA´s (matriz de prueba de aceptación).
- Documentación de procesos, cuando se hace un desarrollo buscamos tener todo documentado para que la persona que tome el proceso tenga el seguimiento y tenga contexto.
Requisitos Indispensables:
- 2 años en módulo de Finanzas GL, CO, AM
- Licenciatura en Contaduría, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial o afín
- SAP Módulos: Finanzas, GL, CO, AM (Intermedio)
- Proactividad / Compromiso
- Liderazgo: Seguimiento a las necesidades del cliente, alinear a los usuarios y liderar iniciativas
- Excel, Análisis de base de datos de SAP, Fórmulas lógicas avanzadas
- Metodología de Proyecto (deseable)
