El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. The Waiter / Waitress Role
- Experience working as a Waiter or Waitress at a fast paced high quality Restaurant
- Able to work Thursdays to Saturdays and an average of 45hrs per week
- A kind, friendly and positive attitude
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
- Communicate effectively and clearly at all times
- Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Strong command of English language
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
