El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. We are proud to have been awarded a Star by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. This ethos is felt by our teams; they understand the journey of the ingredients and how important they are to the dishes they serve. - Experience working as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef at a fast-paced high quality Restaurant
- Interest and love for Mexican food and culture
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
- Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Strong command of English language
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
