The Guest Relations role is responsible for overseeing daily guest relations operations to ensure every visitor enjoys exceptional service and a memorable beach club experience. This position manages guest inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently through the reservation system, while maintaining a seamless flow of operations.

Qualifications

  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Extensive experience in hospitality, with a strong background in managing guest relations, preferably in a vibrant party environment or beach club setting.
  • Proven experience with reservation systems and sales processes.
  • Excellent appearance, presenting a professional and welcoming image to guests.
