Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and presenting beverages to meet product and performance standards, maintaining bar equipment, suggesting and upselling food and drinks, and engaging guests professionally and warmly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Prepare drink ingredients and mise-en-place accurately for efficient service
  • Follow beverage recipes precisely to maintain consistent quality
  • Serve beverages and actively upsell to enhance guest experience and increase sales
  • Track and manage bar inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback to maintain high service standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall bar operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role to ensure competency in bar operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality control
