EXPERIENCED WAITING STAFF PLEASE – SL8 5RP Close to Marlow

PART-TIME positions available

Predominantly weekend shifts and Friday lunches- Availability on weekends essential

Minimum wage plus TRONC (Tips)

We are looking for dynamic, professional and enthusiastic staff to join our restaurant serving the best in Spanish tapas food. You must be friendly with a can-do attitude, reliable and be committed to providing our guests with excellent customer service. Excellent training will be provided throughout your career with us.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide a great and memorable customer service to our guests.
• Be knowledgeable about our food, ingredients and wine parings.
• Follow all company procedures, maintaining high standards.
• Keep areas clean and tidy to promote a safe working environment.
• Communicate with staff and management to provide a smooth and efficient service
• Be willing to train and participate in other areas of the business, such as running or hosting.
• Attend and participate in briefings and other meetings when required.

Waiting Staff Requirements:

• Must have experience and a \”can do attitude,\” be able to multi-task and to work to company procedures.
• Be punctual, focused, well organised, reliable and have a positive attitude.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible with working shifts.
• Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.
• Knowledge of Open Table would be an advantage.
