We are looking for a Bartender to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present cocktails and drinks to a high standard.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Drive repeat business with a charming personality.
- Keep bar areas clean and organised.
- Work with the Head Bartender to create new drinks and menus.
Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender in a fast‑paced restaurant or high‑volume bar.
- Excellent all‑round product knowledge, especially of Tequila, Mezcal and agave spirits.
- Passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
- Great work ethic, attitude and eye for detail.
- Punctual and well presented at all times.
Availability
You must be available and willing to work evenings and nights. Typical shifts start at 6pm and finish after 3am. We are closed on Sunday.
