This is a hybrid role based out of our London office. At Logitech, we want everyone to feel connection no matter where they choose to work from. As a People & Culture (P&C) team, we need to lead the way. We are seeking a P&C Partner who will play a critical role in ensuring that our team members are included, knowledgeable on and supported throughout the employee lifecycle especially in the moments that matter. In addition, we want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be connected and be part of a β€˜local’ Logitech community network aiding their feeling of belonging.

Position Overview

  • Based in the UK, this role will support managers & employees in the UK and the East Coast of the US.
  • Plans, organizes, delivers communication & training related to annual people cycle topics and learning portfolio (using COE/BG support as needed).
  • Consultation and coaching managers to execute performance improvement plans locally.
  • Collaborate with Org Partners with groups of critical mass in their geography, providing local people insights and receiving the organizational context.
  • Partners in compliance cases as needed based on defined global procedure but raises where local legislative/practices differences may require a different approach.
  • Partners with the COEs on gathering local market practices and funnels feedback to aid COE strategy.
  • Manages and delivers ad hoc/periodic events such as onboarding/delivering company orientation on site or for a geography, interviewing for culture fit as required, arranging/delivering coaching, 360 debrief facilitation support when/where needed, supporting effective team programs, and supporting (organizational, change management, cultural aspects) of functional organizational strategy with regional expertise.
  • LogiPulse action planning.
  • Offboarding/termination: exit interviews, reduction and communication.
  • Participates in investigations as needed based on defined global procedure but raises where cultural differences may require a different approach.
  • Facilitating community for our remote employees e.g. a quarterly Large Geo such as meetup, introduce new employees in the area etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, policies and the ability to adapt them to local contexts when necessary.
  • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills for planning, organizing, and delivering communication and training sessions.
  • Proven ability to consult with and coach managers.
  • Fluent in Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to support organizational change initiatives and understand the cultural aspects of the region, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in developing and facilitating initiatives to enhance employee engagement, such as quarterly meetups and introductions for new employees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with managers, employees, COEs, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing local market practices and employee feedback to provide insights.
  • Experience in investigations/grievances, adhering to defined global procedures and considering cultural differences when required.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including variations in local practices and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address unique P&C challenges that may arise in the specific geography.
  • Familiarity with P&C technology and tools for data management, reporting, and communication.
  • Effective project management skills to oversee and execute various P&C initiatives and programs.
