Logitech is looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with assigned direct and hybrid customers.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing marketing activities, and driving commercial aspects to achieve revenue and profitability targets across relevant categories and resellers.

Team & Role

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing key accounts, coordinating supply and demand planning, and ensuring strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of supply planning, demand planning, order promising, and CPFR processes and systems.
  • Define business requirements while working with key stakeholders.
  • Understand current processes and identify gaps.
  • Optimize partner assortment.
  • Own, drive, and develop the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers.
  • Forecast and plan business together with partners.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained as needed.
  • Manage backlog and address potential risks and opportunities.
  • Build strong business relationships with partners.
  • Plan product launch execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to manage multiple brands, products, and customers simultaneously.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Sales experience of at least three years.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven track record in planning and execution.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience in Account Management within consumer electronics or FMCG.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Analytical skills and experience.
  • Self‑motivation and a passion for results.
