Colchester Zoo is seeking a Deputy Team Leader for the Familiar Friends section in Colchester. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) within the Animal Care Team, based at Colchester Zoo.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively to maintain high welfare standards across diverse species, mentor staff, and deputise for the Team Leader when needed, while contributing to enclosure design, safety protocols, and public educational encounters.
