Duties and responsibilities related to the Demi Chef de Partie role:
- Assist in preparing and presenting dishes according to established standards, ensuring consistency at all times.
- Support the Chef de Partie in monitoring and maintaining quality throughout all stages of food preparation and presentation.
- Support the training and development of Commis Chefs and junior team members.
- Assist with stock control for your section, including helping with ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate levels.
- Ensure equipment and tools in your section are kept clean, organised, and in safe working condition.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations within the kitchen at all times.

You will have proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel environment.
