Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, eating, assistance with mobility, and support with daily activities.
• Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medications as prescribed, accurately maintaining records.
• Be alert to residents’ physical and mental wellbeing and respond to changing needs.
• Maintain high standards to ensure residents’ home is clean and safe.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their likes, dislikes, and individual preferences.

• Caring nature and a desire to work as part of a supportive team.
• Full training provided; no specific qualifications or experience required for many roles.
• Able to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a commitment to residents’ comfort and happiness.
