We are looking for a hands-on Site Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team responsible for maintaining and improving large-scale critical infrastructure within Data Centres. This is a varied role where you will be working on plant equipment in commercial environments, carrying out maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and helping improve system performance and reliability.

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems and critical data centre infrastructure, including UPS systems, switchgear, PDUs, generators, and associated electrical distribution equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical faults and completing repairs across critical power and infrastructure systems.
  • Responding to breakdowns and ensuring rapid restoration of services to minimise downtime.
  • Supporting minor projects, electrical upgrades, and infrastructure improvements within the data centre.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, following site procedures, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and reporting in line with site processes.
  • Participating in an on-call rota to support 24/7 critical operations.
