We have partnered with a leading innovator in Warehouse, Packaging & FMCG machinery, who due to continued success are looking to recruit a Shift Engineer.

The main responsibilities of the Shift Engineer will include:

  • Ensuring plant equipment functioning in the correct manner.
  • Maintaining all equipment on site, such as fast moving machinery, packaging machines, robotics, conveyor systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves.
  • Installation of machinery onsite.
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic maintenance.
  • Maintaining all mechanical and electrical process equipment.
  • Fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Following a PPM schedule and recording follow up work.
  • Ensuring appropriate housekeeping standards are maintained on a daily basis.
  • Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety.
  • Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate.
  • Responsible for the protecting, always, of the integrity of the Company through positive and constructive actions and attitude.
