We are proud to be partnering with a leading renewable energy and process operations business to recruit an experienced SHEQ Manager to support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of multiple Anaerobic Digestion and processing facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated SHEQ professional with a strong operational background to join a growing organisation operating within a highly regulated industrial environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality performance across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SHEQ activities across multiple operational sites.
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE legislation, environmental permits, and company procedures.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through audits, coaching, training, and site engagement.
  • Manage contractor compliance including RAMS, PTW systems, approvals, and insurance checks.
  • Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Support operational teams with risk assessments, lone working procedures, and safe systems of work.
  • Monitor SHEQ performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous SHEQ / HSE management experience within Renewable Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Waste Processing, Power Generation, or similar industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
  • NEBOSH qualification.
  • WAMITAB or COTC qualification required.
  • Excellent understanding of PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, and DSEAR.
