We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical biased maintenance engineer to join a growing team responsible for installation and maintenance of mid/large commercial plant rooms across facilities in London.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance on mechanical plant equipment - pumps, valves, heat exchangers, CHP’s, boilers, chillers, HVAC, tanks, pressurisation units.
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across heating and plant systems.
  • Responding to breakdowns and restoring services as quickly as possible.
  • Supporting small projects and plant upgrades.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with procedures.
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records and reports.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in plant rooms or similar environments.
  • Experience maintaining commercial mechanical systems.
  • Understanding of fault finding and repair on plant equipment.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Gas, Plumbing, or Mechanical discipline.
