We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical biased maintenance engineer to join a growing team responsible for installation and maintenance of mid/large commercial plant rooms across facilities in London.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned maintenance on mechanical plant equipment - pumps, valves, heat exchangers, CHP’s, boilers, chillers, HVAC, tanks, pressurisation units.
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across heating and plant systems.
- Responding to breakdowns and restoring services as quickly as possible.
- Supporting small projects and plant upgrades.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with procedures.
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and reports.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in plant rooms or similar environments.
- Experience maintaining commercial mechanical systems.
- Understanding of fault finding and repair on plant equipment.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Gas, Plumbing, or Mechanical discipline.
