My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are looking for an experienced Recycling Supervisor to join the team. The Recycling Supervisor will be responsible for managing recycling operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards in the production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
- Supervise and manage staff to maintain high standards
- Coordinate with the Manager on staffing and operational issues
- Inspect and maintain machinery, ensuring timely repairs
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and inventory
- Oversee loading and unloading of materials
- Enforce safety protocols for all staff
- Suggest improvements for operational efficiency
- Secure the facility and manage stock safety
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience of managing / supervising recycling or waste facilities
- Proven record in managing staff and ensuring efficient operations
- Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance
- Computer literate
