A growing renewable energy and infrastructure business is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join its team.

This is a commercially focused role involving the development of major opportunities across district heating, heat networks and infrastructure projects.

You’ll work with property owners, developers, public-sector organisations and other senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop proposals and take projects through to agreement.

You will

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers, developers, property owners and public-sector organisations.
  • Understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet both customer and business objectives.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations through to contract.
  • Work with technical, legal, financial and project teams to assess and develop opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates on progress, value and potential risks.
  • Build relationships with local and regional stakeholders.

About you

Experience in large scale district heating projects, renewable energy, solar, wind, commercial infrastructure, utilities, heat networks, or other long term projects.
